1. Our Service
Azores Remote Stay is a platform connecting remote workers with mid-term rental properties (31+ days) on São Miguel Island, Azores. We act as an intermediary between property owners and tenants.
2. For Remote Workers
Our matching service is free of charge for remote workers. We provide 2–4 curated property matches based on your requirements. Final rental agreements are made directly between the tenant and property owner. We do not guarantee availability at any specific time.
3. For Property Owners
We operate on a success-only commission model. No fees are charged until a successful rental is confirmed. Commission rates are agreed upon before listing. Owners are responsible for maintaining accurate property information.
4. Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to maintain accurate information about all listed properties, including connectivity speeds, amenities, and availability. However, conditions may change and we cannot guarantee all information is always current.
5. Limitation of Liability
Azores Remote Stay acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the condition of properties, disputes between owners and tenants, or any indirect loss arising from use of our service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ponta Delgada, São Miguel, Azores.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
