Yes. All properties on Azores Remote Stay include electricity, water, and high-speed internet in the monthly price. No hidden bills, no surprises at the end of the month.

Not to rent through us — we handle the paperwork. However, you will need a NIF for banking, tax registration, and the D8 visa. We can guide you through getting one within your first week.

Yes. All leases are signed digitally via DocuSign or equivalent. You can complete the entire process remotely — we handle the key handover and property orientation on arrival.

Yes. Ponta Delgada has fibre internet reaching 200–600 Mbps in most areas. Every property we list is connectivity-tested — we only list homes with 100+ Mbps connections capable of stable video conferencing.

Ponta Delgada is 30–40% cheaper than Lisbon for rent and daily expenses. Internet speeds are comparable. The nomad community is smaller but more tight-knit. The nature is extraordinary — volcanic lakes, thermal pools, and whale watching are all within 30–60 minutes.
